rather than quality.
Grade A vanilla beans have higher moisture levels that make them more aesthetically pleasing and easy to integrate into various recipes.
These beans have a 25%-35%moisture content and are very dark brown in color.
Grade A beans are a great all-purpose bean for cooking and baking because the seeds can be scraped out and added directly to food.
Grade B vanilla ideal for making vanilla extract.
They have a Reddish-black color and have a lower moisture content (15-25%), meaning it doesn’t carry as much water as Grade A.
